Obituary Eugene F. Kelly Eugene F. Kelly, 83, born on May 21, 1926 in Tacoma, WA, died August 7, 2009, also in Tacoma. A lifetime Tacoma resident, he attended Bellarmine High School. Eugene was a Navy veteran and was in Bikini at the time of the atomic tests. He was also co-owner of Floral Delivery Service. Eugene is survived by his sister, Sheila Kelly Fong (Edwin) of Honolulu, HI. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene F. Kelly and Elizabeth Claire Rigney Kelly. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, August 11, 2009, 12:10 pm, St. Leo's Catholic Church. Interment Tahoma National Cemetery.
