Eugene V. Emtman

Obituary Geno was born June 27, 1944 to Clarence and Irene Emtman at St. Joseph Medical Center. Gene was a Tacoma native who attended Stadium High school and worked as a machinist at TAM Engineering for 32 years. Gene met the love of his life and married Jannie Santino in June of 1979. Their longstanding dedication to one another was enduring. Geno retired to care for his wife Jannie who was battling cancer, and was at her side until her death. Geno played as hard as he worked? he loved to entertain friends, to suntan and drink cocktails by the pool, 50's music, dancing, Elvis, Las Vegas, and sports (GO JETS!). His smile was infectious and to know him was to love him. Geno was preceded in death by his mother Irene and his wife Jannie Santino. Geno is survived by his father Clarence, his son John (Daniele), his daughter Raelynn Wagner, and his brother Loring Emtman.
