Obituary Edwin L Coy, Jr. Our brother Ed, son of Reverend Ed and Bessie Coy passed away on April 16th, 2009 in Concord, CA. His wife of 54 years, Pat (McCullough) along with his children Jeff and Cindy with 7 grandchildren were at his side. He attended Franklin, Jason Lee, and Stadium class of 1951. He received a BA degree from CPS in 1956, while a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He sang tenor with the Adelphian Select Choir, and was a lead singer with many theatrical groups. He served his country as a naval aviation officer, worked as Vice President of Public Affairs with Chevron, retiring in 1992 after 35 years of service. Ed was known for his hugs, infectious smile, captivating story telling around the camp fire, even bringing out the Aurora Borealis. He was a loving, caring brother who was always patient, kind, and a wonderfully positive role model who lives in our hearts.
