Obituary Edward Lewis Constantine A platoon of archangels escorted Edward Lewis Constantine (formerly United States Marine Corps) to his final post following a sudden heart attack. He shared his final kiss with his bride of 65 years, Marjorie, and was sent off by his children Edward & Betsy, Mary, Michael, Christopher with his wife Molly Hagar, and Maureen and Rick Lett. Grandchildren Peter, Shannon, Lewis, Robert, Lorraine and Sean lifted him with their love and grandchildren Amy & Joseph sent their love, as did Brian and Lori Lordburg with their first grandchild Raleigh. Youngest son Robert preceded his father to Heaven. Edward blessed the business, religious and academic communities of Tacoma with his wisdom, faith and humor for 50 years. Of his many achievements, his marriage of 65 years and the successes of his children and grandchildren were his crowning glory. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church followed by a private family inurnment.
