Obituary Douglas William Kepler Douglas William Kepler, born August 1, 1952 in Great Falls, Montana died July 27, 2009 in Tacoma. He was retired from Western State Hospital after many years of dedicated service as an institutional counselor. Survivors include his siblings, Larri O'Brien and Henry Kepler from the Tacoma area and Grace De Luca, Clinton, Washington, Christine Leknius, Sun City, Arizona and Kathleen Gallegos of Oxnard, California; and many nieces and nephews. Doug's favorite pastimes included spending time with friends and family. He looked forward to Super Bowl Sunday each year and never missed the annual blues festival in Winthrop.
