Obituary Dorothy Kennedy Hall Our beloved Mother passed away April 17, 2007. Born September 3, 1923 and raised in Tacoma, Dorothy graduated from St. Leo's High School and Knapps Business College. A founder of Olalla Guest Lodge, she dedicated her life to healing others' addictions, and to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Dorothy is survived be her son, Kevin Merrick, his wife Maria, granddaughters Corina and Kathleen, and great-grandson Andrew. She touched our lives gently with her courage and compassion. God bless our loving Mother. A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 AM, Thursday, April 26, 2007 at St. Leo's Catholic Church, 710 S. 13th St. Tacoma, WA. In lieu of flowers, family suggests memorials in Dorothy's name be made to St. Leo's Catholic Church.
