Dora C. Nettle

Obituary Dora C. Nettle At 84 years of age, Dora passed away on September 9, 2008. She was born on February 11, 1924 to Angelo Castiglioni and Emily Butori in Butte, Montana. Her husband of 51 years, Bill, predeceased her. She is survived by her loving children: Richard Nettle (Paula), Gig Harbor; Christine Nettle-Fallat (Jack), Fircrest; Roger Nettle, San Francisco; Mary Jane Blaylock (Derek), Seattle. Dora's seven grand children are: Scott, Aubrie and Michael (Shannon); Claire and Melissa Fallat; Geoffrey and Benjamin Blaylock. Dora cherished her 35 year friendship with Marlene Haines, a longtime Tacoma resident. Dora worked as an accountant throughout her life and retired from Swanson and McGoldrick Realty. She was a devoted wife and mother. The family wishes to thank Dr. Richard Waltman and his kind staff for their thoughtful care of Dora. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in the name of Dora C. Nettle to the American Cancer Society. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00am on Thursday, September 18, 2008, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. The Rosary will be recited at 7pm on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, at Gaffney Funeral Home.
