Donald G Morley

Obituary Donald Gene Morley, 74, died December 8, 2006 at his home in Tacoma. He was born in Lewiston, Idaho April 14, 1932. Don served in both Korea and Viet Nam, first with the Navy and he then switched to the Army where he served as an MP, before retiring with more than 23 years of service. He returned to the northwest and worked for a time driving armored trucks and taxis before settling on long haul trucking. Don received many awards for driver safety and was quite proud of never having an accident. Don is survived by son, Christopher Morley, daughter, Patricia Morley, his former wife Sandra Morley. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Erin Morley. Funeral service will be held Monday, December 18 2006 at 2:00 pm at the Calvary Cloisters Chapel. Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Disabled American Veterans, or the American Lung Association.
