Obituary Dominique Isiah Foreman Dominique Foreman, born Jan. 30, 1989 in Lakewood, died Jan. 10, 2009 in Tacoma. He is survived by his mother, Marian Stephens, sister, Ashley, aunt, Kathy. Also surviving are Kathy, Geri, David, Zachary, Jane, Richard and Christopher as well as a large extended family and group of friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 16, 2009, 12 pm at the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Mt. View Memorial Park with his brother Demetrius.
