Obituary Deborah Rathwell Born July 22, 1956 in Wenatchee, WA. died unexpectedly Nov. 10, 2005. She is survived by her sister Wilma Vance (David) and her niece Tina. Debbie had a great passion for life and would always take to helping someone in time of need. She was always happiest when she was with her Harley Riders. She will always be loved and missed - may her spirit ride free. There will be no service but there will be a Celebration of her Life at Dawson's Tavern Nov. 20, 2005, 2pm-6pm.
