Obituary Dawn Alice Carl Dawn Alice Carl was born to Edward and Ellen Flaherty on October 27, 1925 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and passed away on July 11, 2014. She married Leslie Dale Carl on February 13, 1945. She is survived by sons: David and Joseph (Sharon) and daughter: Ellen (Lyle) Dobiash; six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and is also survived by sister: Patricia (Donald) Goodell; sisters in law: Lucy Winder, Arline (Larry) Mussig and Loreen (Ross) Roden. One of Dawn's favorite pastimes was to go to the Casino where her Irish Luck always kicked in. She was often accompanied by her loving niece Darlene. Special thanks also to Leonard who always brought a smile to grandma's face, and her family, especially her grandchildren who were there with her throughout her final days, including her granddog Elvis. Funeral Services will be celebrated on Monday, July 21, 2014 at 1:00 pm at Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel. Interment at Calvary Cemetery. Please leave online condolences at www.gaffneycares.com.
