David Arthur Hiatt, 79, born March 4, 1944, in Redding, Iowa, passed away December 25, 2023, in Gig Harbor, WA.

Dave was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Vivian Hiatt and sister, Marolyn Weigel, and is survived by his wife of 33 years, Diane, his children Scott and Stephanie, 3 grandchildren,
Cearah, Tristan and Jordan, sister Judie Lasater and twin brother Douglas Hiatt.

Dave attended Fort Vancouver High School and Clark College. After completing his education, he proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corp. and was a member of the first amphibious landing in
Vietnam with Operation Double Eagle Delta Task Force. Following his military service, Dave found a successful career as the President and General Manager of Globe Ticket Company,
serving major events such as Presidential Inaugurations, Grammy Awards, Super Bowls, Kentucky Derby and Indy 500 races. He was highly respected in his field and made significant
contributions to the industry.

Dave had many hobbies and interests including boating, golfing, skiing, gardening, cooking, camping, dirt bike riding, oyster farming, current events, business and, of course, Seahawks
football. He enjoyed the challenge of just about any home improvement project. He was an entrepreneur and founded a post-retirement business building electrical panels for yachts and
fishing boats. Dave had a magical way with people. He could turn a tale and was a master story-teller in his own right. He was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and
brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He would be the first to say: “It was a wonderful life!”

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
