Obituary Clarice Johnson Clarice Johnson born July 3, 1917 to William and Cecilia Cyr, died on July 13, 2014 after being ill for several years. She lived in University Place all her life. She was a member of the University Place Fire Department's Women's Auxiliary. She was a devoted church member and belonged to the Legion of Mary Society of St. Charles Borromeo Church. She delighted in providing her cakes and pies to the Legion's various activities. She was an avid baseball fan, and also enjoyed playing golf, cards, dominoes and doing the crosswords. Henning her devoted husband of 56 years preceded her in death. She is survived by her 3 children, Kay Johnson Hamme of Palo Alto, Dan Johnson of Edmonds, and Jim Johnson of Tacoma, 3 grandchildren, Tom, Cori and Chris, and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated Thursday, July 17, 2014 9:00 AM St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, with a reception in parish center to follow. Entombment at Calvary Cloisters.
