Obituary Charles "Chip" Weber Charles "Chip" Weber was born on May 2, 1938 in Joliet, IL and passed away on March 6, 2015 in Tacoma, WA. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Judy; his three children, Kathy (Steve), Charles (Deborah), and Susan (Gene); sister, Mary Ann; eight grandchildren; and his niece and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Catherine; two brothers, Danny and Bill; and grandson, Andrew.
