She is survived by her daughter in-law, Dianne; grandchildren, John Stewart (Candace) and Barbara Stewart-Alley (Jerry); 3 great-grandchildren and numerous friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Lawrence McDonald. An open house to celebrate Cathy's life will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 1-3pm at Word of Life Fellowship in Tacoma (140th & A Street). Inurnment at Tacoma Mausoleum.
