Obituary Carole Mae Thompson born May 6th, 1924 in Madison, WI., died peacefully on August 13th, surrounded by her loving family. She married Paul Thompson on August 5th, 1946 and settled in Tacoma with their 10 children. Mom enjoyed quilting, her backyard bird haven, watching sports but especially her family, sharing good food and good conversation. Carole was preceded in death by her husband Paul, sister, Bev, brother, Warren, daughter, Maureen and grandson, Drew. She is survived by her sister, Marilyn: children, Michael, Tim (Tammy), Kathy, Susie (Rob), Ann (Rich), Chris, Colleen (Joe), Tom and Greg. Best Nana to 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. "We will miss her so much." Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Ann's Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 20th at 10:30am. Rosary will be recited on August 19th at 7:30pm, also at the church.
