Obituary C. Claire Cooper A native of Tacoma, Claire died April 9, 2006 in Tacoma. She graduated as a teacher from Seattle University and taught elementary school in the Panama Canal for 14 years. She is survived by her brother William (Doris) Cooper of Alaska, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 18, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Traditional Catholic Church, 757 - 138th Street South, Tacoma. The Rosary will be recited prior to Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Calvary Cemetery, Tacoma. Family suggests memorials be made to St. Mary's Church.
