Obituary Betty Jo Peters Betty Jo Peters, 89, passed away on November 29, 2010, in Tacoma, WA. She is survived by her husband, Allen Peters, her daughter Sally Jo Bose (Ken) and her son Dr. Dale R Peters (Julie). She was loved by her 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and many extended grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends from around the world. A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm Monday, December 13, at the Tahoma National Cemetery. Per Betty Jo's wishes, in lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made to the Tacoma Humane Society or Pt. Defiance Zoo Society. A reception will be held at the Bose home following the graveside service.
