Obituary Benjamin J. Hubbard (1913 - 2005) Tacoma resident Benjamin J. Hubbard died peacefully on Oct. 11, 2005 at age 92. Ben (or Bonnie, as he was known) was born in Tacoma on Sept. 22, 1913 and lived here most of his life. He worked as a conductor on the Milwaukee Railroad for 43 years and was a life member of the Tacoma Elks Lodge. Bonnie is survived by his daughter Linda M. Hoover of Houstonia, MO and son Ben of Costa Mesa, CA; by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Leo's Catholic Church on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at 10:00am with a reception following at the church. The rosary will be recited Friday October 14, 2005 7:00pm at the Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel. Interment at Calvary Cemetery.
