Barry Lewis Tushin

Obituary Barry Lewis Tushin Tushin, Barry L., age 61 beloved and devoted father to David Alan Tushin, son of Sidney H. Tushin (deceased) and Gail Tushin, brother to Barbara J. Dow and Maura L. Grillo, uncle to Sandy Dow, Stephen Dow, Michelle Grillo and Jason Grillo, passed away after a brief illness in Seattle, Washington with his family by his side on July 10, 2008. Barry is a graduate of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts. He was a CPA and affiliated with nationally recognized accounting firms. Barry's latest venture was as an international financial consultant which afforded him the opportunity to travel the world. He especially enjoyed the cultures of Japan and Australia. Barry will be remembered for his joie to vivre, and his unconditional love of family. A private memorial service was held on July 11, 2008 at Home of Peace Cemetery in Lakewood, Washington. The family would like to thank the medical staff at Swedish Hospital and the Bailey House. Special thanks to Barry's oncologist, Dr. Henry Kaplan, a most dedicated, thorough and empathetic physician.
