Obituary Barbara Ann Aquino Barbara was born January 13, 1948 in Tacoma, WA and she passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012. She worked at Tacoma General Hospital in Imaging for 33 years, ending her career as the Head of the Ultra Sound Department. She loved shopping, gardening, theatre, and all her dogs and poodles over the years. She is survived by her husband Jim; son James; grandsons Trey & Maddox; sisters Mary Ellen (Gene) Cirillo & Betty (Art) Downs; brother Vince (Joyce) Mihalovich and good friends Greg & Karen Garnett. Barbara was vibrant, creative, feisty in an endearing way, she had a wonderful sense of humor & was a very loving and caring friend to so many people.
