Obituary Audrey Portnoy lost her battle with cancer on August 25, 2007 in Tacoma, Washington. She will sadly missed by all her family who will always remember her as a great mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Audrey was an avid bowler in her day often bowling in many leagues at the same time. In her later years, she liked to crochet and was often guilty of enjoying the tabloids. She spent the last few years helping her daughter Rachel, raise her two young daughters Audra and Madisen, which will always have a special place in their Grandmother's heart. Audrey was born April 6, 1928 in Puyallup to Eugene and Anna Mason. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Boris Portnoy. She is survived by her 5 children, Sam of Los Angeles, Mickey of Seattle, Ben, Jack, and Rachel all of Lakewood, and a step-son Don of Onalaska. She leaves two sisters behind, Renee Horn of Colorado, Pat McRaven of Illinois, and a brother Larry Mason of Orting. Audrey also leaves 5 grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Graveside service will be held on August 28, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Home of Peace Cemetery at 5421 Steilacoom Blvd., Lakewood, WA.
