Obituary Antonietta Di Palma, born on June 17, 1926 in Santa Maria Capua Vetere Prov. Caserta, Italy, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2016 in Tacoma. Antonietta moved to the USA in1958, and married Domenico (Dominick) Di Palma in 1961 in Tacoma. He passed away on March 19, 2010. She was a homemaker, whose greatest pleasures were cooking, cleaning, traveling with her husband and being with family. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her nieces and nephews. She is survived by her sister Julie Cipullo Trygstad, and brother Salvatore Cipullo, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Mario Cipullo and Concetta De Felice Cipullo, sisters Phyllis Bale, Margaret Mattera, Flora Iovino and Ida Cipullo. She will be remembered as a generous and very caring person; especially with children. Visitation from 1:00 ~ 5:00 pm will be Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Gaffney Funeral Home located at 1002 South Yakima Avenue in Tacoma. Funeral Mass at 11:00 am will be on Friday, August 5, 2016 at St. Patrick Catholic Church located at 1001 North "J" Street in Tacoma. A Reception will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Church. Entombment at Calvary Cemetery located at 5212 70th St. W., in Tacoma. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at 1-800-227-2345.
