Obituary Anita Mary Cimino Anita Cimino passed away on May 31, 2015 at the age of 100. A life-long Tacoma resident, she graduated from Lincoln High School in 1933. She worked hard all her life beginning with berry picking to factory working at Harmon Furniture and Upholstery and Roman Meal. She married Frank Cimino in 1938 and later worked as the receptionist and bookkeeper at Oakland Radio and Television. She enjoyed life to the fullest with family, friends, church, and homemaking. She was a member of St. Rita's Catholic Church, St Francis Sodality, Young Ladies Institute, Sons of Italy in America, Highlands Ladies Golf Club, Elks, Eagles and REAC. She remained active with line-dancing, senior aerobics, and golfing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Cimino; brothers, Frank, John and Richard Fortino; and sister, Dorothy Fortino. She is survived by daughters, Janice Stauffer and Carolyn Aduddell; sisters, Frances Kayser and Pat Franco; grandchildren, Carrie, Matthew and Lisa Stauffer; great grandchildren, Nina, Alexis, and Nicholas Stauffer; along with numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at 10:30am at St. Rita Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited on Monday June 8, 2015 at 7:00pm at Gaffney Funeral Home Chapel.
